Circle T Family Farm - Herefords and Commercial Cattle
Polled Herefords

The Polled Hereford is a breed of beef cattle without horns.  They come from the county of Hereford in England.  The Polled Hereford is bred for its deep fore-quarters, depth and muscling, docile temperament, fast growing calves and great quality of beef.  Many in the industry consider it better quality of beef than that of the Black Angus.  The Polled Hereford are highly resilient cattle, able to withstand harsh weather conditions and insufficient grazing.  It is because of their adaptability, they have effortlessly spread to every corner of cattle country. Considered to be one of the gentlest natured cattle breeds, owners of these cattle will be quick to point out the ease with which these cattle are handled. Their docile temperament continues to be unrivaled by other breeds.  Hereford cattle are now being marketed under a branded beef program called Certified Hereford Beef. The continued growth of this program is an indication of consumer satisfaction and confidence in Hereford beef quality.

We at the Circle T Family Farm take great pride in the quality of our Herefords.  We continue to improve the bloodlines by working with some of the finest Hereford farms in the southeastern U.S.
